Hi, I'm heading into Pre-Animation and Illustration next year at Algonquin and I saw you did the same program, I was wondering how you found the experience to be? Thanks a lot!
want to go into illustration or animation? it might give you a bit more experience in illustration but over all it helps you draw better. they teacher you composition and construction, perspective and appeal. also they kick your but with deadlines. i thought it was a good warm up animation. there was a stark difference in those who took pre-ani and those who didn't in first year.
Hmm... well, at the moment, I'm definitely more interested illustration but I'm not stuck on it or anything! And butt-kicking with deadlines would probably be a good thing for me considering I need to learn to meet those better! Regardless, thank you for the information!
